Michael's connection to Louisville:

"I grew up in Louisville. I moved there when I was five and stayed until I left for college at 18. I spent 1st through 8th grade at St. Aloysius in Peewee Valley and then went to high school at The Youth Performing Arts School/ Manual high school.

I started working professionally in Louisville at a young age. I worked for Music Theatre Louisville, Derby Dinner Playhouse, and Stage One. I also studied dance at Dancensation. My parents still reside in the St. Matthews area as my youngest brother is a senior at Trinity High School.

The Kentucky Center is actually the first place I performed professionally with Stage One at the age of 8. It will be nostalgic to be back as an adult."
